It's a Girl!

On Monday, December 22nd, Kevin and I found out we were going to be having a little girl. We are ecstatic!! My mom and dad are in Vietnam so they found out over the phone. The rest of the family waited in anticipation as Frieda opened the box that contained the ultrasound and it's result. Her name will be Lillian (Lily for short). We are still in discussion over the middle name. We hope everyone is as excited as we are. I hope everyone is having an exciting Christmas!

It's finally here!

So, today we find out the sex of the baby! We're soooo excited. I will be sure and post the results after Christmas.

ONLY 4 MORE DAYS!

The countdown to find out what the baby is has officially begun. I will be at the radiology department of Canon Memorial Hospital at 1:00 on Monday after having drank at least 32 ounces of water. Hopefully, the baby will cooperate and I will find out if I am having a boy or a girl. Kevin and I will divulge the results on Christmas Eve. We are willing however to impart this knowledge on those parties interested in offering large sums of money or valuables (i.e. gold, silver, diamonds). Interested parties should contact me by cell phone or email. Information will go to the highest bidder.

Pregnancy stories, pics of me, & preg thoughts

So, I was told by an anonymous source that my blog did not feature enough "pregnancy stories, pics of me, or crazy preg thoughts." Well Aimee, I mean anonymous source, I will share my favorite pregnancy story with you.
Pregnancy Story
Fortunately this pregnancy, I have gotten my eatting under control, but with Cooper I loved McDonalds. I loved it so much that I would eat a full meal there directly after work, go home and eat snacks, and then pretend that I had not eatten anything so that I wouldn't feel bad about eatting a big dinner with Kevin. Kevin doesn't believe it, but it's true. How else would I have gained 50 lbs? I mean, Cooper only weighed 5 lbs 10 oz.

Doctor's Appointment

My doctor's appointment went very well yesterday. I only gained a quarter of a pound. I came up with a really funny joke that had something to do with a McDonald's quarter pounder and a Big Mac, but I thought I might be the only one that found it funny so I erased it. Cooper and I are slowly adjusting to life without Daddy. It's a sad time, but we are managing to get through it with the help of our friends Barney, Elmo, Aunt Sha Sha, and Uncle Josh. I probably will not be posting anything until after the Thanksgiving holiday so I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. My next doctor's appointment is December 22nd when we will get to find out the sex of the baby so stay tuned.

Doctor's Appointment Today

I have a doctor's appointment today. I'm really excited about finding out how much weight I have put on. Hopefully you can pick up on the sarcasm in my voice. My doctor has one of those manual weight machines and I'm so sure it's wrong. Anyway, I had a few pictures I had to post.

Birthday Party

The Birthday party was a success. The food was great as were the family and friends that were able to attend. I want to thank everyone that was able to be there. Cooper had such a great time and just to let you know, he is having a blast with all of the monkeys he accumulated.

Private Party

Cooper's official birthday party is Saturday, but he went ahead and opened some of his presents on his actual birthday. He also partook (sp?) in some left over cupcakes from his school birthday party. I can't remember ever getting 3 birthday parties. What a lucky boy.
